Privacy Policy

1. Information We Do Not Collect

We are committed to protecting your privacy. The following categories of information are expressly not collected, stored, transmitted, or processed by us:

• User-generated content, including queries, prompts, and text input
• Responses generated by artificial intelligence services
• API keys, credentials, or authentication tokens
• Personal identifiers, including but not limited to names, email addresses, device identifiers, and IP addresses
• Biometric data, location data, or device fingerprints

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Anonymous Usage Analytics

We collect anonymized, non-personally identifiable usage analytics for the purpose of improving the Application. This information includes:

• Application version, operating system platform, and system architecture
• Feature and command usage frequency (excluding content)
• AI service provider and model family identifiers
• Performance metrics, including response time ranges and token usage ranges
• Error rates and categorized error types
• Application update and installation events

All metrics are collected in bucketed or categorical form to prevent identification of individual usage patterns.

2.2 Locally Stored Data

The following data is stored exclusively on your local device and is never transmitted to our servers:

• API Credentials: Your API key is encrypted using macOS safeStorage API and stored locally on your device.
• User Preferences: Application settings, custom commands, and configuration data.

3. Analytics Service Provider

We utilize Aptabase, a privacy-focused analytics service, to collect anonymous usage data as described in Section 2.1. Aptabase does not use cookies or persistent identifiers and does not track users across applications. Analytics data is processed and stored on servers located in the United States of America. 4. Third-Party Services

The Application integrates with the following third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies:

4.1 Google Gemini API

When you use AI-powered commands, your input is transmitted directly from the Application to Google's Gemini API servers using your personally-provided API key. We do not proxy, intercept, store, or have access to these communications. Your use of the Gemini API is governed by Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, available at ai.google.dev/terms.

4.2 Aptabase

As described in Section 3, Aptabase is used for anonymous usage analytics. No personally identifiable information is collected or transmitted to Aptabase.

5. Purpose of Data Collection

The anonymous usage analytics described in Section 2.1 are collected solely for the following purposes:

• To analyze and improve the functionality, performance, and user experience of the Application
• To identify and diagnose technical issues and errors
• To understand aggregate usage patterns and feature adoption
• To inform product development decisions

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise disclose your personal information to third parties for their marketing or advertising purposes.

We may share anonymized, aggregated statistical data that cannot reasonably be used to identify any individual. We may also disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process, including but not limited to subpoenas, court orders, or government requests.

7. Data Retention

Anonymous usage analytics are retained for a period not exceeding twenty-four (24) months from the date of collection, after which they are automatically deleted. Data stored locally on your device (API credentials, user preferences) persists until you uninstall the Application or manually delete such data.

8. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the information we process. API credentials stored locally are encrypted using the macOS safeStorage API, which utilizes the system keychain for secure storage. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

The Application is not intended for use by individuals under the age of thirteen (13) years. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

10. International Data Transfers

Anonymous analytics data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States of America. By using the Application, you consent to the transfer of information to countries that may have different data protection rules than your country.

11. Your Rights

As we do not collect personally identifiable information, traditional data subject rights (such as access, rectification, or deletion requests) are not applicable. However, you may uninstall the Application at any time to cease all data collection and remove locally stored data from your device.

12. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Policy with an updated “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Application following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically for any updates.

13. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
